DaVida founded her firm in 1998. It has since expanded to include three subsidiaries. She has had a wide range of educational experience in the areas of political science, parliamentary procedure, community activism, program planning, lobbying techniques, human resource management, outcomes-based management, strategic planning, public relations, major gifts, capital campaigns, annual campaigns, board development, and the like.
